LLÁMALE Y DILE – CALL AND TELL

The Regional Ministry of Health has launched an online tool to make a better record of cases of coronavirus and avoid transmission among citizens. This way, patients themselves offer first-hand information in order to be able to anticipate the protective measures to be taken for the population through a simple questionnaire that they can fill in themselves on the website www.llamaleydile.org

The success of the measure lies in the voluntary participation of all those people who have been tested positive or of the people who may have come into contact with those who have tested positive, for which they must enter the website of the Murcia Health Service, Murcia Salud, or directly the campaign website and participate by filling in a small survey with a few simple questions.

This way, with the questionnaires answered by the citizens, an automatic record of coronavirus cases in the Region of Murcia is created, also helping in the detection of new possible cases still undiagnosed. “This will allow us to anticipate the transmission phase of the virus and avoid, with the confinement of the person, the chain of contagion that begins with the appearance of the first symptoms of the infection”, assures the head of the Regional Ministry of Health of the Government of the Region of Murcia .

Results: Up to 15 days of anticipation and the possibility to begin preventive measures, gain time to react, anticipate, alert.

PARTICIPATION OF HEALTHCARE COMPANIES IN THE SEARCH FOR SOLUTIONS AGAINST THE CORONAVIRUS. Link

The Regional Development Agency is promoting, within the framework of the ‘inDemand Health’ project, financed by the European Horizon 2020 Programme, a catalogue of health solutions against the coronavirus on the transnational platform ‘eHealth Hub’. The project has already gathered the offers of more than one hundred proposals from companies from the healthcare field. The condition is that they have to be fully operational in order to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic througt different modalities, such as solutions in telemedicine, diagnosis or remote tracking of patients. The platform where all the initiatives have been grouped can be found at the following link: https://bit.ly/3bYe4U5, which includes a search engine that use key words, areas of solutions for different fields of action against the coronavirus, as well as a search by country where the different companies develop their activities.

Any company in the Region of Murcia that is interested in the project and can provide tools, services or any other element that can help to fight against the coronavirus can register if they wish. The ‘inDemand Health’ initiative seeks new business models in which healthcare organizations and companies create digital health solutions, with the economic support of regional public funds. More than twenty companies will co-create solutions to solve the needs previously detected by healthcare professionals.

Three pilot regions participate in the project: The Region of Murcia (Spain), Oulu (Finland) and the Region of Paris - Ile de France (France). In Murcia, the Murcia Healthcare Service and TicBiomed collaborate, this last one is the business association that promotes digital health at a national and European level and that acts as coordinator of the consortium. In addition, companies from Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Israel, Moldova, Switzerland, the Faroe Islands, Ukraine, Tunisia, Georgia and Armenia have joined the project.
