Talks for students

We deliver talks in educational centres for students at all levels, but preferably for high school students (compulsory secondary education, upper secondary education, and vocational training), as well as for the two last years of primary school (Year 5th and 6th). These talks aim at awaking the interest, training students and contributing to their consciousness raising as EU citizens. The ideas to be conveyed are about Europe symbols, its institutions, functioning, history and how belonging to the EU affects their daily life. We are also open to topics proposed by centres, or requests of our collaboration in other activities, providing that their focus is the European Union and its policies. Currently, we are delivering talks on the following topics:

  • The European Union in general (symbols, institutions, history, values...)
  • Employment and mobility opportunities
  • Desinformation: what it is, how to identify it....
  • Green deal

Centres interested in receiving some talk can request it sending an email to europedirect-rm@carm.es. Here you can see the lasts talks and activities in which we have taken part.
