EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING

Europass It is a 5 document file which helps jobseekers to present their skills and qualifications effectively and clearly and makes easier for employers to recruit workers from different European Economic Area countries.

Two of these documents -CV and Language Passport- can be accessed freely and filled by the jobseeker. The remaining two are issued by Education authorities. .

Europass Mobility

A document to record knowledge and skills acquired in another European country such as a work placement in a company, an academic term as part of an exchange programme or a voluntary placement in an NGO.

Certificate Supplement

It is a document describing the knowledge and skills acquired by holders of vocational training certificates.  It provides additional information to that already included in the official certificate and/or transcript, making it more easily understood, especially by employers or institutions abroad.

Diploma Supplement

It is a document describing the knowledge and skills acquired by holders of higher education degrees.  It provides additional information to that included in the official degrees / diplomas and/or transcript, making it more easily understood, especially by employers or institutions outside the issuing country.

National Europass Centres

In every country (European Union and European Economic Area), a National Europass Centre coordinates all activities related to the Europass documents. It is the first point of contact for any person or organisation interested in using or learning more about Europass.
