The Regional Ministry of the Presidency, Youth, Foreign Action, and Emergencies has published a call for applications for a competitive grant program to award two scholarships to recent university graduates who wish to pursue postgraduate studies at the College of Europe during the 2026/2027 academic year.

These scholarships aim to promote specialized training in European affairs from political, legal, economic, and international perspectives, fostering the development of young people from the Region of Murcia at one of the leading centers for training specialists in European integration.

Eligible Applicants
Those eligible for these scholarships must meet, among others, the following requirements by the application deadline:

Hold Spanish nationality or the nationality of another Member State of the European Union.
Be a native of the Region of Murcia or demonstrate uninterrupted residence in the autonomous community for at least one year.
Be under 30 years of age. To be in possession of an official university degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) that grants access to postgraduate studies.
To have been pre-selected by the College of Europe for the program corresponding to the 2026/2027 academic year.
To not have previously received this grant from the regional government.
To not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent receiving public subsidies.

This call for applications is made in accordance with the regulations approved by the Order of July 16, 2021, and its amendment of May 9, 2022.
